Contained in the purple jacket with the flipping panda is the first 12” release from Giant Panda on Tres, and the A-side is called “With It”. The Panda clan got shining reviews from Chairman Mao for this slice of wax, as well as some reviews from XLR8R and HHC (to name two). “With It”, produced by Chikaramanga, contains (literally) good vibes and hard drums that lets Maanumental and Newman wax poetic on hip-hoppin. The B-side, the Newman produced “Racist”, is a comedic (but yet serious?) look at cultural/racial stereotypes. “Racist” is also (maybe) the first song where a native Japanese speaker gets down in English. Finally, the bonus song here is “GP Ya'll”.
